My Philosophy as a Creative Director
When choosing a team to capture your brand’s content, it’s important not only to find a portfolio of work that fits your style, but also to find people who you connect with. Connection is key to a great client relationship, and we pride ourselves on being easy-going, organized, creative, and being great listeners as well. My team and I promise not only to capture beautiful content for your brand, but to also help you feel confident in front of the camera and provide a really fun experience.
Who I am
I am the creative director, lead brand photographer and founder of Monika Normand Creative LLC. I am a Massachusetts native, but it was my moved to Grapevine in 2017 that really grew Monika Normand Creative into what it is today.
I’ve always craved variety in life and am constantly in the pursuit of self-improvement and learning. My personal taste is very eclectic- I love Nirvana and Frank Sinatra, classic cars and environmentalism, minimalism and sentimental treasures, astrology and science, and nearly everything in between.
My photography style and approach as a creative director reflect my eclectic nature as a person, and because of that I feel I can truly appreciate each of my clients’ personal tastes. I am proud of my ability to connect with people and make them feel seen, and I believe it is something that has set me apart in the brand photography world.

WHAT IS A BRANDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
A personal branding photographer focuses on creating imagery for individuals and businesses that captures the experience and essence of their brand, as well as their services and/or products. As branding photographers, my team and I take your brand’s story, message, identity, and mission, and create personalized and authentic images that reflect you, your personality, and your brand.
Do you take commercial photography work?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since 1966, when designers at Letraset and James Mosley, the librarian at St Bride Printing Library in London, took a 1914 Cicero translation and scrambled it to make dummy text for Letraset’s Body Type sheets. It has survived not only many decades, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised thanks to these sheets and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker and Microsoft Word including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

DO YOU OFFER RETAINERS OR QUARTERLY PACKAGES FOR BRANDING PHOTOGRAPHY CLIENTS?
Yes! One of the best parts about being a branding photographer is building ongoing relationships with our clients and working together as a team to capture fresh, on-brand content throughout the year. Most of our clients opt for a quarterly package, but biannual photoshoot options are available as well.
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE INVESTMENT IN BRANDING PHOTOGRAPHY?
We provide custom quotes and tailor our photography packages to suit our clients’ unique needs, so pricing is unique to each project.
The average investment in small business branding photography sessions ranges from about $2,500 – $5,000. Many clients add on brand videography as well to their photoshoot packages. We also offer individual professional headshot packages for clients simply needing a headshot refresh.
To get a custom quote and inquire about full pricing information, please email Monika at info@monikanormandphoto.com.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR EDITED IMAGES AND VIDEOS?
On average, most projects take 7-10 business days for photo galleries and 10-14 business days for video files to be delivered to you after we shoot.
