Being a branding photographer has opened my world up when it comes all the aspects that go into building a brand. Voice, colors, font pairings – all these things are chosen intentionally and work together to make a cohesive brand. For me, color is one of the most important parts to focus on as a photographer. Brand colors represent so many things, and I want to be sure that the colors included in a branding photoshoot compliment my client’s brand and don’t distract from what they are trying to convey.

Pinterest Worthy Projects – I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Reclaimed Remodeling team for a little over a year now, shooting some of their favorite renovation projects for their website and social media pages. These guys are not only super talented, but also ridiculously fun to work with. They are friendly, their clients love them, and they are hilarious to be around. AJ has a great eye for combining textures, colors, and the old with the new. I love their use of reclaimed items – from the old farm window frame in one of the bathrooms you’ll see here, to the reclaimed wooden boards used on several projects.
